Mr. Igor Orlov, Mr. Sergey Groshev and Mrs. Canelita Taquis de Liakopulous were appointed to the board by the shareholders during their meeting of the 4th June 2009. These new members will enhance the corporate governance of the bank and the decision making process of the board of directors. Banco Trasatlantico now has 12 board members.
